Our Titan Cutter Models
Our Titan I extrusion cutter provides 1,200 in-lbs of cutting torque for cutting products up to 4″ diameter. They provide excellent response time and accuracy through the use of the Versa Machinery proprietary Digitally Actuated Control (DAC). They are offered with optional features like drip lubrication for the knife, our LC-2000 length control, or an electric eye lenght control.
Our Titan II extrusion cutter provides 1,750 in-lbs of cutting torque for cutting products up to 6″ diameter. They provide excellent response time and accuracy through the use of the Versa Machinery proprietary Digitally Actuated Control (DAC). They are offered with optional features like drip lubrication for the knife, our LC-2000 length control, or an electric eye length control.

DAC Cutters
DAC extrusion cutters provide high cutting torque at a lower cost than servo models. They provide excellent response time and accuracy through the use of the Versa Machinery proprietary Digitally Actuated Control (DAC). They can be purchased to mount on your own table or Versa can provide a table for you.
Servo Cutters
Servo extrusion cutters provide clean, quiet operation without the use of wear components such as those used in brake and clutch cutters. This allows extended operation without requiring adjustments or parts replacements due to wear, making them ideal for cleanroom operation.
Heavy Duty
HD Servo extrusion cutters provide clean, quiet operation without the use of wear components such as those used in brake and clutch cutters. This allows extended operation without requiring adjustments or parts replacements due to wear, making them ideal for clean-room operation.

Lubrication
Drip Lube System are available with a variety of reservoir sizes, and independantly controlled feeds for lubrication of the knife and/or the cutter entrance bushing.
Slide Bases
Cutter slide bases are offered for both X and Y axis motion in a wide variety of sizes to make string-up quick and easy.
