What are our working hours?
We are usually Opened Mon-Friday 8 am to 5 pm Eastern Standard Time. We are closed during 10 holidays each year. Even when we are closed you can still reach us through email or through the support chat on the bottom right hand side of the website.
Where is Versa located?
We are located at 4850 Green Court Elkhart, IN 46516. A map is provided at the bottom of each page in our website for you to easily locate us.
When will my order ship?
Shipments of parts we have in stock can ship the same day before 3:45 pm. If your part is not in stock or you are unsure whether it is in stock or not, then please contact us here.
What is Versa's shipping method?
Our main shipping company is UPS. We ship daily and can charge your account for shipping provided you give us your account number. We also ship using DHL or FedEx. For FedEx ground shipments we may have to includes a $10 freight pick up fee.
Can I email in my PO?
Yes, we would love to take your order personally. Please send all part orders to orders@versamachinery.com
What is the minimum order quantity?
$50 dollars is the minimum order quantity. Please make sure to order items that total $50 or more in order for your PO to be processed.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Our online ordering will include a table above the price of the item you are viewing that contains the discounts from buying in bulk. If there is no table shown then we do not currently have bulk prices for that item. If you are ordering items not listed in our website, please call us for bulk pricing details.
How do I get credit terms with Versa?
For credit terms please send us a list of 3 credit references with contact information. Customers with approved credit receive Net 30 day terms. We also acept American Express, MasterCard, or Visa payments.
*Versa reserves the right to set payment terms based on information we receive (if any) from your credit references.
I have an old Versa Machine, who should I contact for parts?
You can certainly contact us about your legacy machine. Although some of the parts and components may now be obsolete, we can still help you to find replacement parts or even upgraded parts that work with your versa. Contact us to start working on your machine.
My machine isn't working, now what?
Please contact us for assistance. Our staff of experts are standing by to assist you. The model number, serial number, and photos of your system always make it easier for our staff to help you.
