Our Servo Cutter Models

S1 Servo Cutter

The S1 servo extrusion cutter is a 1″ capacity cutter that is quiet, efficient, and very easy to operate.  It can cut at rates up to 1,000 cuts/min. with knife speeds up to 1,700 RPM.  Combined with our LC-2000 length and batch control and a high resolution encoder it can hold +/- 0.005″ cut length tolerance cutting rigid material.  It is ideal for cleanroom operation with no belts or other wear parts.

S2 Servo Cutter

The S2 servo extrusion cutter is a 2″ capacity cutter that is quiet, efficient, and very easy to operate.  It can cut at rates up to 1,000 cuts/min. with knife speeds up to 1,700 RPM.  Combined with our LC-2000 length and batch control and a high resolution encoder it can hold +/- 0.005″ cut length tolerance cutting rigid material. It is ideal for cleanroom operation with no belts or other wear parts.

DAC Cutters

DAC extrusion cutters provide high cutting torque at a lower cost than servo models.  They provide excellent response time and accuracy through the use of the Versa Machinery proprietary Digitally Actuated Control (DAC).  They can be purchased to mount on your own table or Versa can provide a table for you.

Titan Cutters

Titan cutters provide up to 1,750 in-lbs of cutting torque to cust products up to 6″ O.D.  Using our proprietary Digitally Actuated Circuitry (DAC) control they provide excellent response time and accuracy.

Heavy Duty

HD Servo extrusion cutters provide clean, quiet operation without the use of wear components such as those used in brake and clutch cutters.  This allows extended operation without requiring adjustments or parts replacements due to wear, making them ideal for clean-room operation.

Available Extra Features:

Lubrication
Drip Lube System are available with a variety of reservoir sizes, and independantly controlled feeds for lubrication of the knife and/or the cutter entrance bushing.
Slide Bases

Cutter slide bases are offered for both X and Y axis motion in a wide variety of sizes to make string-up quick and easy.
